What a joy it has been to watch over and over again your captivating approach to painting flowers. I am fairly new to watercolor painting and have only been able to afford one class to date. The teacher was rather scattered and unorganized so I found myself confused most of the time. I am slowly but surely acquiring paint supplies and brushes and find myself totally delighted by the effects that can be created by utilizing the techniques you demonstrate on your videos. Watching them has somehow freed me from the constraints of you "have to" and "should" and "must" paint in a prescribed and ordered way. Its like the child in me has been unleashed toplay and giggle and swim in the colors! One thing that stands out the most for me Birgit in the articles I have read about you and by you, is that you are a self taught artist and that like me, your family comes first. I immediately sent for "Within the Flower".  I have it less than a week and have watched it 6 times.  I "get" what you're doing but haven't been able to execute it yet.  It's the water to pigment thing.  I am "advanced intermediate" but this technique is new to me and VERY exciting.  When I have more practice I will, I am sure, have specific questions so I hope you won't mind another email. When do you think "Roses" will be available?  I wanted to order "White Flowers" but thought I would wait and get both at the same time. (to save some shipping, to be honest).
