Delightful little town high in the mountains of New Mexico. Dramatic midday storms, incredible sunsets. one day after class a few of us went down to the White Sands National Monument to watch the moon rise while the sun was setting, an artists dream. In the evening Elk come out to feed along the road, what a joy to watch. The workshop is held in the old library in a well lit classroom with large widows. Since the workshop is at a high altitude to avoid headaches drink plenty of water or ask your doctor about altitude medicine there are a couple of different types.
